When can I expect my order?

We need 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. In total, it will take 6 to 10 business days to deliver your order.

What is the status of my order if the expected delivery time has been exceeded?

99% of our orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur. You can check the status of your order using the link below: Order Tracking. If you haven't received your order seven days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

We NEVER charge shipping fees. This is great because you don't have to pay shipping costs at all!

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet.
