Unsatisfied with a product or have a complaint? You can return your order within 30 days, provided it meets the terms listed at the bottom of this page. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 3-6 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

  • Returns deadline: 30 days from the date of delivery.

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of order: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as it hasn't been processed yet. After this time, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Damage on Receipt: Did you receive a damaged item? Please contact us immediately. We will provide further instructions.
  • Product defect or defect after use: In case of manufacturing defects or functional problems, we offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.
  • Purchase Regret: If you regret your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition within 30 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Exchange: Would you like to exchange your product? Please contact us for instructions.
  • Received the wrong product: Received the wrong product? Contact us immediately and we will quickly resolve the issue.

Here's how to start your return:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@toysbydavid.com   with your order number and reason for return. Attach photos if necessary.
  2. Receive return instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and send you instructions.
  3. Send product:
    • Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.
    • Include the Track & Trace code and send it to info@toysbydavid.com. Without this code, your return may be voided.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user. Our return address is in China because we ship directly from our supplier.
  4. Inspection and refund:
    • Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it. Any damage or incomplete returns may result in your return being rejected.
    • Is everything OK? The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 3-6 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Attention:

  • Please ensure the returns form is fully completed. We cannot process your return without this form.
  • Damage Recovery: If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for testing, we may charge a fee or refuse the return.
